Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 72 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays), with delivery typically within 3–5 working days. All orders are sent via a fully tracked service, and tracking details will be provided once shipped.

Returns: You can return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please contact us to arrange a return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, including photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item has been reviewed.

Undelivered Orders: If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery or collection, a refund will be issued for the product value minus any return postage costs.
