Theodora Tennis Bracelet is designed for daily wear but should be cared for properly to maintain its brilliance. To put on the bracelet, use the lobster clasp to attach the bracelet to the extension chain at your preferred length. The bracelet should fit snugly enough that it does not spin around your wrist, but loosely enough that you can slide a finger between the bracelet and your skin. To clean the bracelet, gently wipe the moissanites with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils from the skin. For a deeper clean, soak the bracelet in warm water with a drop of mild dish soap for ten minutes, then gently brush the moissanites with a soft toothbrush, rinse with warm water, and pat dry with a soft cloth. Do not use ultrasonic cleaners unless they are specifically rated for moissanite and plated silver. Avoid exposing the bracelet to harsh chemicals, including chlorine, bleach, perfumes, hairsprays and lotions, as these can damage the platinum plating. Remove the bracelet before swimming, showering, sleeping or exercising. Store the bracelet in its original gift box or a soft pouch away from other jewellery to prevent scratching. The platinum plating may wear over time with heavy use; it can be re-plated by a professional jeweller.

Returns: You can return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please contact us to arrange a return. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
